What are the qualifications needed to be a BBTP Partner?  

Best Best Talent Platform maintains a high-quality service and BBTP Partners are selected based on certain qualifications.  

In order to become a BBTP Partner, a company must… 

• Submit proof of valid local contractor registration.1  

• Have a minimum of three customer references, to be checked by the BBTP Team and deemed positive enough to be a trustworthy Partner.  

• Have a minimum of three talent references, to be checked by the BBTP Team and deemed positive enough to be a trustworthy Partner.  

• Agree to carry out all interim talent matching solely through the platform.2  

• Agree to pre-screen candidates before presenting talent to customers.3 

• Agree to periodic reference checks to collect feedback from customers and talent. 

• Agree to hold talent accountable for executing their administrative responsibilities for assignments in the platform.4  

• Agree to take part in periodic BBTP activities, including Partner trainings and events, and to actively promote the development of a wider freelance ecosystem. 

• Agree to use the BBTP Partner logo on all relevant brand and marketing materials. 

By meeting and maintaining their qualifications, BBTP Partners gain access to a hub of talent and a supportive community of high-quality talent providers.  

What is the onboarding process for BBTP Partners?  

The steps for becoming a BBTP Partner are as straightforward and simple as possible. The following steps are taken: 

1. A formal agreement and contract is made between BBTP and the new Partner. Terms of BBTP Partnership are included in the attached user agreement: https://tool.bbtp.pro/documents/BBTP_Platfrorm_Terms_of_Use.pdf 
2. BBTP collects all appropriate documentation from the Partner, including proof of valid local contractor registration.  
3. A Partner account is created on the platform, including an appropriate number of Partner users.  
4. Users are onboarded via training:  
   1. 1-2 training sessions for the Partner's main platform users, covering the use of the platform, best practices for processing customer and talent contracts, and transitioning existing talent contacts to the platform.  
   2. 1-2 training sessions for a Lead user, including how to utilize BBTP marketing material and how to train new Partner personnel, when needed.  
5. The Partner invites existing talent contacts to register for BBTP via, at minimum, an email invitation.  
6. Both BBTP and the Partner announce the partnership publicly (for example, via social media and on the platform itself) and update their websites and marketing materials to reflect the partnership.  
7. 2 platform introduction webinars are hosted by the Partner and the BBTP Team— one Partner introduction for existing  BBTP members and one platform introduction for the Partner's existing talent pool.  

All training and other onboarding activities will be carried out remotely, if not agreed otherwise before onboarding begins. In case the initial training sessions are not sufficient, additional training can be negotiated. Additional training cost to will be agreed depending form of training.  

When there are improvements or changes to the platform, Partners can also expect new learning. BBTP will host regular meetings with Partners (3-4 times a year) to support their competence and confidence using the platform.  

The BBTP Team is dedicated to making Partner onboarding as quick and painless as possible. Depending on a mutually agreed timetable, the new Partner should be ready to use the platform in just 2-4 weeks after signing.  

What is the cost of becoming a BBTP Partner?  

Cost breakdown, in short: 

• One-time fee for New Partner— 5000 EUR + VAT 

• Monthly user fee for Partner— 100 EUR + VAT 

• Volume-based platform charge — 5% of Partner's margin on generated business 

• Lead payment — 1000 EUR per successful deal recommended by a BBTP Member
