In 2025, Best Best Talent Platform proudly hosted our first in-person event in Helsinki as part of FBM.  ![HelsinkIFBM](https://www.bestbesttalentplatform.com/hs-fs/hubfs/HelsinkIFBM.jpg?width=960&height=960&name=HelsinkIFBM.jpg) ## Networking and discussions in a collaborative environment [BBTP Members](https://www.bestbesttalentplatform.com/better-opportunities) gathered at Innovation Home, Kamppi — a popular co-working space in the Helsinki region. The collaborative environment was perfectly suited for networking among members and discussions about the future growth of interim management.  - With the CEO of [Innovation Home](https://www.innovationhome.fi/en/), we pondered important questions about the nature of work and its relationship to good office space. - With a key photographer from [Studio Suvilahdenkatu](https://www.facebook.com/studiosuvilahdenkatu), we learned how to look professional and comfortable behind the camera — and some of us even updated our LinkedIn profile photos! - With representatives from BBTP and our first partner, [Ferovalo](https://www.ferovalo.com/), we celebrated the opening of our annual survey for interim managers, discussing the current status of interim management and what needs to happen for it to grow. ![Presentation from Innovation Home](https://25992990.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/25992990/hubfs/1761722677508.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=1761722677508.jpg) BBTP Member hear a presentation from Innovation Home. ![Signs lead the way to the event space](https://25992990.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/25992990/hubfs/1761722677075.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=1761722677075.jpg) Signs lead the way to the event space.  ![A spread of sweet and savoury treats were enjoyed by attendees](https://25992990.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/25992990/hubfs/1761722682876.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=1761722682876.jpg) A spread of sweet and savoury treats were enjoyed by attendees.  ![Many BBTP Members got new photos for their CV or LinkedIn profile. ](https://25992990.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/25992990/hubfs/1761722680518.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=1761722680518.jpg) Many BBTP Members got new photos for their CV or LinkedIn profile.  ![Default image alt text](//7528302.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/7528302/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/slider-light-image.jpg) **5** An optional caption for the image that will be added to the gallery.
