# The BBTP CV Exchange 2025

This Autumn, members of Best Best Talent Platform had the opportunity to take part in our second annual CV Exchange. Participants were matched with another BBTP Member and organized to meet in-person or virtually to share valuable feedback about their CVs. The group of participants included executive-level professionals from Finland, Germany, Belgium, and Bulgaria.

## Key takeaways from the exchanges 

Through their exchanges, BBTP Members were excited to gain CV tips from a new set of eyes. In addition, many sought to brainstorm how to attract new clients and how to professionalize their digital presence. When asked about their experience with the exchange, BBTP Members said it was a worthwhile experience — easy to take part in and valuable for many reasons. Beyond receiving feedback, participants said the most valuable part was meeting with other professionals in a similar line of work and expanding their international network.
